Eligibility Criteria

In order to be qualified for Canada migration or Permanent Resident Visa Skilled Worker candidates must:

• Have no less than one year of constant full-time or equivalent paid work experience in the previous 10 years in a skilled occupation. Your work experience should be either of Skill Level A, Skill Level B or Skill type 0 under the National Occupational Classification.
• Be eligible for Arranged Employment in Canada that enhances your chance of being qualified for Canadian immigration with a Labour Market Impact Assessment.

Manitoba

Prince Edward Island

Candidates who are eligible under the FSW stream and are interested in living and working in Prince Edward Island for two years may apply to the PNP Express Entry Stream. Saskatchewan

Under the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program a candidate can apply for immigration as a permanent resident under the following categories. Alberta

The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) is relevant for semi-skilled as well as skilled workers.
